The ThrombUS+ project had its first kickoff meeting this week in Alexandroupoli, Greece!
From January 24-25 all of the project partners met at the Grand Hotel Egnatia to get acquainted and do an overview of the work packages. The meeting was hosted by Eleni Kaloudi of the Athena Research Center.
The objectives of the kickoff meeting were to:
- Familiarize partners with the consortium and project team
- Explain administrative and financial management, reporting procedures, quality assurance processes, and collaboration methods and tools
- Establish a common understanding of the Description of Action
- Plan first steps for individual work packages
