The meeting was hosted by Eleni Kaloudi of the Athena Research Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objectives of the kickoff meeting were to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiarize partners with the consortium and project team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explain administrative and financial management, reporting procedures, quality assurance processes, and collaboration methods and tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a common understanding of the Description of Action&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan first steps for individual work packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned for exciting project updates on the thrombus.eu website!&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ThrombUS+ project had its first kickoff meeting this week in Alexandroupoli, Greece!
