Study B2 is a single-center observational cohort study to collect lower limb activity measurements from healthy volunteers during physiotherapy exercises using IMU and camera sensors to create a training data set for development and research purposes (signal processing and analysis, AI training).
Physical Activity Recording Studio Application
Recording Studio Application is a software developed to facilitate data collection process required by ThrombUS+ Study B2, ensuring data anonymization and data integrity. Recording Studio supports the connection of numerous inertial measurement units (IMUs) for recording activity data. In addition, synchronous video recordings can be captured, utilizing up to two connected web-cameras. An integrated visualization tab allows users to review recordings.

ThrombUS+ Ultrasound Dataset #1 – Compression Ultrasound Videos
The dataset consists of compression ultrasound video scannings of lower limbs collected during a multi-center cohort study in European Hospitals (Greece, France, Italy and Lithuania [https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06989255]). Patients suspected of DVT are scanned using conventional ultrasound machines, after they had given an informed consent form, according to a dedicated scanning protocol.
